Suggestion for new Joiners in TCS

Hi TCSer's ,

Hope you all are in the best of your health and having an awesome time altogether !!

Congratulations to all those of you ,who have been selected in TCS (2015 Batch) !!

You all must have got a mail regarding ASPIRE , and I'm sure many of you , if not all ,would not be aware of what it is and the whereabouts of it !!

I know the mail must have raise a few eyebrows , sent the alarm bells ringing , and caught you by surprise .

There nothing to be bemused or baffled , and bother much , at this particular moment of time, since , its your SEMESTER Time.

You need to focus on Your College semester exams rather than the Aspire, since you must make sure you don't get a lag in any of your Subjects , which might land you in a spot of bother or trouble , since TCS is very stricts regarding its NORMS .

All said , I would like to highlight some points about ASPIRE ,its iff and buts.

‪#‎WHAT_IS_ASPIRE‬ !!

Aspire is a set of modules based on the various technical and communication aspects.

It is intended to enhance , brush up and upgrade your Technical knowledge .

It also consists of numeral Quizzes , whiich you need to take and at the end of each Quizz , you will have a score , which is termed as 'ASPIRE SCORE' .

Note : The Modules present in Aspire are very uselful and the questions in the different Quizzes are based on them and in addition , it helps you to sharpen your Technical credentials.

‪#‎iMPACT_ON_JOINING‬ !!

The Aspire Score will determine the Date of Joining for you people.

There will be a cut off date , every month starting May ( or may be earlier) Your score on that particular date will be considered .

They will come out with a "CUT OFF SCORE" , and the people who are above that score will get the joining dates ,and the rest will have to wait simultaneously and need to reset your Aspire.

The instructions would be communicated to you via. email from TCS , from time to time. or it would be flashed on "CAMPUS COMMUNE".

‪#‎IS_THERE_TIME_CONSTRAINT_TO_COMPLETE_ASPIRE‬ !!

There is no time constraint or time limitation to finish the Aspire Material.

Its just that , the people who score more would get early joining as compared to other people.

I would suggest you all to concentrate on your college exams and once its done and dusted , you may quickly latch on to the Aspire module and give it a go.
