1. Download the format of SA from nextstep>Home > ILP Corner >First Day at TCS>joining formalities 

 2. Type th first page on Rs 100 stamp paper and attach the remaining pages.

 3. if contents of the Non –Criminal Undertaking do not fit in the stamp paper page , plain sheets can be used 

 4. Get it notarized.

 5. Notary seal is mandatory in all the pages.

      Yes, attested required..
      Surety : Any government servant aor nearest police station head but not your blood relation..

      1 address proof and 1 identity..
      ID proof:-- Voter ID,Driving License
      Address proof: Voter ID,Driving License,Passport,Bank Passbook,Affidavit of address,Ration Card

    I HAVE PRINTED THE NCA FORMAT (2 PAGES ) AS GIVEN IN NEXT STEP PORTAL NOW I NEED TO TYPE THE INTRO PART AGAIN IN 100 RUPEE STAMP PAPER WILL THAT BE A PROBLEM LIKE SAME THING IN 100 STAMP PAPER AND THEN IN A4 SHEETS AS I WAS NOT READY TO EDIT ANY PART OF THE DOCUMENT !

    I got some issues on my pan card and I will get it only after the joining date . In joining annexure it is said that PAN card is necessary on joining time. Kindly suggest any optional way for this.

    A person's original name is Rohit Khanna. In his birth certificate it is written as Rana Alias Rohit Khanna. For this he has already made an affidevit during his time of birth. Does he again need to mke an affidevit?

    Hii Raja L...You are doing a great job :)....I just want to confirm is it okay to Fill ASE - Trainee instead of complete Assistant System Engineer Trainee as I have filled it with ASE-Trainee because of little space....Please let me know if this is acceptable at ILP Trivandrum...Also I have used estamp paper for this and the description of the document states "Article Undertaking" instead of Affidavit...Please tell if all these things are okay...Thanks...

    Please reply to my following queries:
    1.) who can be the witness of NCA? Can it be relatives?
    2.) Since Rs100 and Rs50 denomination stamp paper are not available here nowdays. So, E-stamping can be done?

    I checked the FAQ section but still i have a small query that whether the attestation by a bank manager in affidavit/undertaking will do or we have to print it on Rs 100 stamp paper or both?

    Affidavit/Notarized Undertaking:
    There is no criminal offense registered / pending against you.
    There is no disciplinary case pending against you in the university.
    If you were employed, a formal release letter from your previous employer.

    Please get the form/Undertaking attested by any one of the following officials:
    Manager of a nationalized bank where the Surety holds an account.
    District collector of the district in which the Surety resides.
    Gazetted officer
    Tehsildar of the village in which the Surety resides
    The Affidavit/ Notarized Undertaking is required to be printed on ₹ 100/- stamp paper.
    and notarising the affidavit is mandatory or not??

    I have query regarding the NCA, i have one year experience in development.i had my experience letter as well as releaving letter but in my experience letter bymistakenly designation is senior soctware developer and in releaving letter it is junior software developer. Is that create any problem for me or it is fine.
    Secondly is original releaving letter needs to be attached in NCA or i can put the data of releaving letter directly onto the NCA.

    "In the last page of the service agreement, ensure that the surety’s signature is adjacent to the statement "As a token of his/her consent, he/she has signed this agreement as Surety and employee name and signature is adjacent to the statement, “Signed and Delivered by: ”( as shown in Page #6 of the Service Agreement). Please note that the Surety’s Signature anywhere else in this page will not be accepted."

    does that mean we should not sign in bottom of page but only at the blanks.

    please clarify this asap .
