SERVICE AGREEMENT (SA) for TCS

1. Download the format of SA from nextstep>Home > ILP Corner >First Day at TCS>joining formalities..

2. Purchase Stamp paper of value Rs 100 or 2x Rs 50 in YOUR NAME

. 3. Den Please type the first page of the Service Agreement givn in the format on a `100/- stamp paper. The matter which u have to print on stamp paper is “ THIS AGREEMNT MADE AT MUMBAI ON DIS ________________DAY OF__________,TWO THOUSAND AND___________BETWEEN TATA CONSULTANCY LIMITED. “

4. And just take the printout of the remaining pages in A4 size and attach with the stamp paper.

5. Just keep in mind that u should leave enough spaces in blank so that u will be able to write completely in the blanks. Sometimes u will face problem in writing address, so leave more spaces in blanks.

6. There is 37 blanks to fill in the SA, so fill those blanks with BLUE/BLACK dot pen.

7. Fill the above spaces by taking references from ANNEXURE 1 given in JOINING ANNEXURE.

8. Don’t forget to take the signature of surety at the bottom of all pages and In the last page of Service Agreement, please ensure that the surety signature is present adjacent to the statement "As a token of his/her consent, he/she has signed this agreement as Surety”.

9. A surety can be a person who is an Income Tax payee or who possesses landed property.

      You should make blank...
      nothing write where need surety name & Signature
      else your agreement regected

    I got the same matter printed on the 100 stamp paper as you mentioned above with out any mistakes. but, I forgot the serial numbers for all the 3 blanks in the first page....Will it be OK without any problem or i have to get it printed right on a new stamp paper? Please do reply....

    The first page which is to be printed on stamp paper, in which three blanks have to be filled, i have printed everything in place of filling with pen... The rest of the pages i am filling myself with pen... Will it be ok???

    Hii, I'm from Varanasi, I have some query related to service agreement. My advocate say's that on the first page he can write Varanasi( on the place of Mumbai in first line "THIS AGREEMENT made at Mumbai on this" we can write Vranasi). He suggest me one more thing to leave it blank( means at the place of Mumbai leave it blank) and fill it by pen. So, I want to know that is this valid(if i fill name "Mumbai" by pen) or cause any problem at the time of joining or in future.

    I have purchased the stamp paper for service agreement and Non Criminal Affidavit in the name of TCS .later only i came to know that it has to be purchased in my name(as per TCS -ILP FAQ).But my notary said that it wont be a problem.Is it acceptable or i need to purchase a new stamp paper?

    Dear sir,

    For service agreement, I have the ITR document of 2016-17, but in last financial year his tax amount is nil because of occupation is under 3 lakh.

    In next year the surety tax will be in some amount because his occupation is now 4 lakh per year.

    I have notarized his name for surety. Kindly let me know is it acceptable? Be cause my date of joining is 27 October 2016.

    Sir,
    in service agreement e-stamp, i have made first party as myself and second party as TCS but in one of the FAQ told that first party should be TCS and second party should be employees name.....
    I have also done the same thing in NCA AFFIDAVIT, GAP AFFIDAVIT and BIRTH AFFIDAVIT...SIR PLEASE HELP.....I AM IN A TROUBLE........please reply soon sir..

    Sir,as per my surity's form 16 his net tax payable is zero. But his annual income is above 4 lakh but deductions are more. So his total income as per form 16 above 1 lakh. So there is no tax to be paid. Is it ok or do i need to change the surity? Pls reply soon.
