National Skills Registry(NSR) For TCS

1. You need to complete the registration and bio-metric process of NSR before joining ILP (please visit site www.nationalski llsregistry.com). If, under certain circumstances you are not able to complete the National Skills Registry, second phase(Biometrics ) can be arranged during ILP.

2. You need to mention your CT Ref. No. as the Employee Code

3. If u don’t have ur surname den mention your father’s name as your last name.

4. You need to submit the IT Pin number on the Next Step Portal. Log onto https:// nextstep.tcs.com /.Clickon ILP Corner ->

5.If, under certain circumstances you are unable to submit your IT Pin No.; you need to carry a valid proof of your IT Pin as the same can be uploaded during ILP training

6. Apply for NSR

    SIR I HAVE COMPLETED NSR REGISTRATION AND HAVE GOT THE IT PIN BUT NOW WHAT I NEED TO DO ? I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT IS THE BIOMETRIC PROCESS AND HOW IT NEEDS TO BE DONE ??

    Sir,
    I could not complete my NSR.I am MBA.My ilp is going to finish within 4 days(Friday).HR tells nsr must be completed within friday.But he is not giving permission to go to NSR office in lunch break.He is not arranging the biometrics process in TCS office also.My office is there upto 6.00 pm but NSR office closes by 4.30 pm.I have only 3 days to complete nsr that too full working days.So please help me sir

      Thank you soooo much for your immediate reply sir.But the thing is there are not giving leave.100% attendance is mandatory for ilp MBAs sir.So if possible any other idea please?

    My query is regarding background check///
    i have not done my NSR biometric which means i dont have an NSR e-card... so in case of background check where we have to scan and upload documents what to do in the case of case of NSR e-card...

    Sir I completed first stage of NSR but not biometric.Can I complete it at the time of joining.But in BGC thay are asked to upload NSR E-card what can i do now.

    Sir, I have completed NSR registration as well as submitted ITPIN in the NEXTSTEP portal few days back but still no messages have arrived from TCS. I am a code-vita select candidate, also I have not been informed for ILP except offer letter and guidelines to fill up the NSR details I got nothing from them yet. How much delay I can expect from TCS for further process. Thanks for providing detailed information.

    I have completed my NSR and have got IT pin but during the time of Background Check Form in nextstep site of TCS it is asking if you have an nsr e-card? I have not got NSR e-card. What is NSR e-card by the way?

    I got a mail indicating that I have been selected as asst. System engg. in tcs.but till now i didnt get any mail regarding NSR registration which all of my friends already got.I don't know the reason😢😢.can anyone please tell me if you know?

    Hi Sir, I am Varsha and I am staying in a PG facility, but I dont have any address proof for it. Will I be asked to produce a address proof for the same?
    Is it mandatory to apply from a POS near your present address?

    I don't have NSR eCard but have applied for it but due to the covid crisis the POS offices are closed so could not complete the biometric process. In the BGC form there is option as No, But i have appplied for it. So should I select that or wait till the opening of the offices and get NSR done.
