BACK GROUND CHECK (BGC)

1. U HAVE to give address proof for present and permanent adress both.
2. if u do not have any of the above den u can make an affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper mentioning both the addresses.(present and permanent)
3. u have to submit ID proof. (driving license/pan card/passport/ college ID card)
4. U have to submit degree or provisional certificate. If u don’t have dis, den you can submit a course completion certificate from the college.
5. Passport can be submitted as proof of ID, Address and Date of Birth.
6. Attach copy of any one of the following documents as Proof for Address
(a) Ration Card in regional language will be accepted.
(b) Electricity Bill
(c) Landline Telephone Bill (Mobile ph bill not acceptable)
(d) House Lease Agreement
(e) Hostel Allotment Letter from College, if staying in College Hostel (f) Valid Passport.

    Is this BGC form needed to be printed on 100rs. stamp paper or just a4 size papers??

    I am going to join in 31st august. I was in college till 20 july. Could my current address be my college?If yes- then I have passport showing my college address, is it okey for current address?

    I saw in BGC form that we need to mention last 7 years stay. My father gets transfer for atmost every 5 years .At present we are here for 2 years and previously in other place for 5 years. So, which address i need to mention in that column.

    If i dont have the address proof of the address mentioned on my offer letter.
    Then TCS will give negative report for NSR.

    Hi they are askimg for present, permanent and longest stay address( for last seven years).
    Present address is now changed coz i have completed the course and shifted to the permanent address . So i should use permanent address as present address. ?

    And in longest atay address for last 4 years i was in chennai but at diff addresses so i stayed maximum in my hometown during last seven years so do i use a same address as permanent address...?

    Sir is mandatory bgc is completed befor joining.Because they asked to upload NSR E-card. but I planned to complete biometric at the time of joining.

    I'm trying to fill the Background Check Form but it is now getting save and submitted. Is there any extend of time to upload this. Since I've been trying from long time it is not getting uploaded.

    I have uploaded each and every documents even i have updated my service agreement and re-uploaded and it's get verified now .....but after you mail I have checked my BGC documents and I have seen my provisional degree was not uploaded there , I don't know why this happened , even though I have uploaded it before. But right now I have uploaded it again . Please approve me and don't put me in not responding candidates list.

    I am waiting for the joining date so desperately. Please don't reschedule my joining date.
