Total amount spent on rewards (for below 10 Years) --- 612,48,00,000.00 --612 crores
% of funds allocated for below 10 years -- 23.30593607 -- 23%
% of funds allocated for 10+ years --- 76.69406393 -- 77%
If TCS would have given IPAD (40,000 each) for all the employees then it would have been only 1276 Crores (3.19 Lakhs * 40000) -- > Which is 1352 crores less than original amount allocated. TCS would have saved a lot and major portion of the employees would have been happy
