Salary in ILP Period

In Tranning period.

 you will get around 14k in hand if you take his accommodation and around 17k if you do not take accommodation, 
i.e. TCS is paying in ILP .
if you taken Accomoation then 40% of basic pay will detected.(it is 3800 Approx)
After tanning complete..Our package is revised to 3,26,087 after our ILP....

 after ILP a variable pay component of 6k will be included, means it will be max 23k in your hand. And in my opinion, It is sufficient because after paying accommodation and food facility, you can easily save 10k. So just chill, don't worry about it.


After ILP Complete you Package will increase from 3.18 to 3.26L/per year.

So please let me know that what would be the time period and amount of INCREMENT. and as per my package which is 186002 P.A what would be the bucks that i will get in hand per/month ?

    Sorry for crying out loud this might sound stupid, but there are certain things I'd like to know.

    Are the pay scales same for a BCA guy and BE guy? If not, how much of a difference it is?
    During the interview we were informed that our job is at IT Help Desk they also added that this does not come under BPO. With that being said is it safe to assume that our pay grades are different than BPO payment policy. But what are our payment scheme. I couldn't find it on Internet. I'd really appreciate your help here.

    (I am a BCA student who got placed in TCS. I am yet to complete my BCA.)
