Address Affidavit

AFFIDAVIT

I, NAME, S/O. FATHER’S NAME resident of No COMPLETE ADDRESS WITH PINCODE, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:
      1.      That my permanent residence is COMPLETE ADDRESS WITH PINCODE.

      2.      That this affidavit is required to be produced before the concerned authority of  Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCSL) for necessary purposes.

The above mentioned facts are true and correct to the best of my knowledge to belief.

    is this affidavit required for both permanent and present addresses? or only for which we don't have address proof.?

    My present and permanent address are different,but I have been living in present address since from 9 years and I have a all documents and proofs of present address (i.e pan card,aadhar card, passport...etc) and I don't have any proofs of permanent address.
    Should I submit only present address proofs at the time of joining.
    (Note:In permanent address My parents are staying) ?? affidavit is required are not

    I am residing at my present address since birth and my permanent address is different than present address. I don't have any proof of permanent address and my Aadhar, passport and all documents have present address... What do I need to do. Is permanent address affidavit is required?
